Overview
As much as success nurtures a growing global company, we never settle for status quo. Instead, we want to advance every single day when we open our doors for more than our 55,000 employees worldwide. They are our creative capital to shape the future of sport. Because at adidas, we believe that through sport, we have the power to change lives.

HOW CAN WE ANSWER ALL ATHLETES‘ NEEDS?
Our brands - adidas and Reebok - support every kind of athlete to perform better. adidas is one global team, having players for all needs: for performance, for lifestyle and for fitness. This multibrand strategy enables us to tackle opportunities from several perspectives, as both a mass and a niche player. This sounds rather complex but in the end it’s simply about advancing sport by providing distinct, relevant and unique products.
For this purpose we work work all over the world and produce over 660 million products each year. But what unites us is the intention to not just produce the fastest shoes and hippest fashion statements but to equip everyone from the top athletes to ambitious local teams. We take pride in our successes and we learn from our mistakes. We look back to our strong heritage and get ahead with visionary employees.
We encourage them to challenge themselves all the time: to work in a different country or team, to go beyond what they thought they were capable of, and to create altogether a better tomorrow.
